The Employer Assistance and Recruiting Network (EARN) is an initiative of the U.S. Department of Labor’s (DOL) Office of Disability Employment Policy (ODEP). It is the nation’s premier provider of free disability consulting and candidate placement support services for employment service providers.

The Center offers Adult Basic Education Brush-up (ABE), General Equivalency Diploma Preparation (GED), and Computer Literacy Classes for eligible customers. 

Our professional Career Development Counselors can assist with Job Search, Education and Training options, Career Assessments, Financial Planning, and Career Development.

BerkshireWorks resource room  is equipped with ten computer workstations with internet access, Microsoft Office software applications, typing tutorial, TTY phone, four standard telephones, copier, fax machine, local and regional job posting books, employment-building video library, resume, cover letter, and related reference books, newspapers, training catalogs from various schools, community resource bulletin board, brochure station and various employment related handouts.

Our computer lab uses wireless laptop computers equiped with all the latest software applications.  Classes are offered to eligible customers. Please see your counselor for a schedule.
