General Program Training Grant Application Workshop for Employers
July 17, 2013 9:00 am – 12:00 pm @ One Berkshire Building, 66 Allen Street, 2nd floor, Pittsfield

This three hour workshop is for companies that are ready to apply or are in the process of applying for a general program training grant. The workshop provides a comprehensive review of the general program grant application including discussing what makes for a competitive application, how to develop a successful training plan, measurable grant outcomes, grant terminology, and examples. Seating is limited to 20 people..

Presented by Michael Corcoran, Field Supervisor for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Workforce Training Fund Program.

Update:  Kathleen Manson, Director at the Department of Industrial Accidents will also present a brief overview of Safety Grants that are available to Massachusetts businesses that are covered by the Workers’ Compensation Law.
